Happy New Year!
I trust you all had a safe and happy holiday season. I am beyond thrilled that 2020 is behind us. It was one doozy of a year. And while there were plenty of lows, there were definitely some really high points. On the @ashacode IG later this week, I'll be sharing some of my intentions for the new year.
While I set goals annually, I also set intentions to focus my energy on how I want to show up every day. If you haven't set goals or intentions for 2021 -- I've got you covered. I came across a fantastic post the other day with an activity to help with setting intentions.
